The following series of pictures shows some of the individual food offerings prepared by families of the slain, placed next to the outside wall of Wat Rat Samakee’s ubosot building during the funeral rites for 19 of the 36 victims of the Uthai Sawan massacre. Each platter is covered with the favorite dishes, snacks, and drinks the child enjoyed during life.
